Don Bain
In addition to providing technical and strategic advice to the Title & Rights Alliance, Don is the Administrator of the Union of BC Indian Chiefs (UBCIC).

Paul Birzins
In addition to his technical support for the Title & Rights Alliance, Paul is the Chief Forester for the Okanagan Nation Alliance, the Tribal Council that represents the people of the Okanagan Nation. Paul was one of the critical organizers responsible for the Building Land & Resource Alliances Amongst First Nations conference in Kelowna in September 2003. This event helped to establish the Title & Rights Alliance. |

Jessica Clogg
Jessica is one of the Title & Rights Alliance's key legal advisors. She practices forestry and Aboriginal law at the West Coast Environmental Law Association, where her mandate includes providing legal/ strategic advice and capacity-building on forestry law, land use planning, the tenure system, and Aboriginal Title and Rights. Before joining West Coast in 1999, Jessica articled at a litigation firm in Vancouver, and clerked at the British Columbia Supreme Court. Jessica obtained a joint LL.B. and Masters in Environmental Studies at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University in Toronto, Ontario in 1997.

Will Horter
Will is a strategic advisor to the Title & Rights Alliance. He is the Executive Director of Dogwood Initiative and oversees all its programs. Will received his law degree from the University of California, after a B.A. at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, where he majored in Anthropology and Third World studies. Prior being called to the B.C. Bar in 1995, Will worked extensively as a community and labour organizer around the world. He also serves on the board of numerous international, national and provincial non-profits. His passion is helping local people solve local problems. He lives in Victoria with his wife, dog and two cats.

Mickey Werstuik
Mickey is a key technical advisor to the Title & Rights Alliance. In addition, Mickey is the Land Stewardship Manager for the Okanagan Nation Alliance, the Tribal Council representing the people of the Okanagan Nation. He was one of the organizers responsible for the Building Land & Resource Alliances Amongst First Nations conference in Kelowna in September 2003, which helped jump start the Title & Rights Alliance. Mickey is also an elected member of the Westbank First Nation Indian Band Council.
