Moving Forward In Unity


On November 18, 2004, the Supreme Court of Canada released a unanimous decision on the Haida and Taku River Tlingit cases. The Haida case affirms the Crown's duty to First Nations, and calls into question hundreds of major tenures, plus mergers and new forestry and other resource laws in question.
